By submitting an inquiry, confirming an offer, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 Services

The provider offers the following services:

• AI product photography — creating professional product images using artificial intelligence
• Lifestyle scenes — placing products in natural or conceptual environments
• Advertising campaigns — full visual campaigns for brand promotion
• Brand guidelines — developing a visual style for consistent brand communication

All images are created using artificial intelligence. The provider reserves the right to modify the scope of services without prior notice.

03 Orders and Payment

• An order is valid upon written confirmation of the offer by the client
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer
• For businesses, we issue an invoice with an 8-day payment term
• Prices are in euros (€) and do not include VAT unless explicitly stated
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until written cancellation

04 Delivery Time

• Standard delivery is 24–48 hours from order confirmation and receipt of materials
• Express delivery (within 4 hours) is available for orders placed before noon

05 Revisions and Complaints

• Every order includes unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied
• Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of the final images
• In case of complete dissatisfaction, a full refund is available
• Submit complaints in writing to product.lab26@gmail.com with a description of the issue

06 Intellectual Property & License

• Upon payment, you receive an unlimited commercial license for all created images
• Images may be used without restriction online, in print, on social media, and in advertising
• The provider retains the right to use images in its portfolio and promotional materials
• If you do not wish your images to be used in our portfolio, please notify us in writing before or at the time of the order
• The client warrants that they hold rights to all materials provided to the provider (photos, logos, trademarks)

07 Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Product Lab complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is safe with us.

• Data collected: full name, email address, phone number, company name, message content
• Purpose: service delivery, client communication, invoice issuance
• Legal basis: contract (service delivery) and legal obligation (accounting)
• Third parties: data is not shared with third parties
• Retention: data is retained for a maximum of 5 years or until your deletion request
• Your rights: right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection to processing

09 Limitation of Liability

• The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or non-use of services
• Total liability of the provider is limited to the value of the individual order
• The provider is not responsible for delays caused by the client (late delivery of materials, slow communication)

10 Changes to Terms

The provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be reflected in an updated date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution. The competent court for dispute resolution is the court in Ljubljana, Slovenia. For consumer dispute resolution, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
